This is the one I have and it is sooooo uncomfortable. Even if I place it over a shirt like was recommended. I hate it! But I know I have to do it.

After wearing my binder for a week, they gave me a compression garment that’s uncomfortable to wear, I’d rather wear the binder, is that ok. I can switch back and forth?
