Right …I’m gonna share few tips that i usually do when I throw a party to “Big Al” : 1. I try to drink some alcohol (preferably spirits) but not too much, because you might loose erection. 2. Personally I find that the more often you have sex the longer you last. If I'm only getting it every couple of weeks or so. I last 10-15 minutes. If I'm seeing someone and getting it 3-5 times a day. Two more tips that are viable: 1.) Mental distraction. This can be both good or bad depending on what is happening. Good because you will certainly last longer, but bad because if you get away mentally from the sex too much, there is a chance you can slowly lose your erection. Think about your favorite sport and activity and as you're jerking, just place yourself in that space. 2.) Use "C-Rings." Basically rings that go around your junk or typically under your balls. These cute little male toys basically restrict blood flow from going through your penis. Not only does the restriction retain blood in your junk, but it can actually make it keep an erection for longer and it stays "plump." Some people use these to help their E.D. and it works well based on the ring. The issue is: you have to find the right one that works for you. Not all rings fit all sizes, and many rings can be so tight that keeping them on for extended periods can hurt like hell (since you are keeping blood inside of your stuff and it isn't moving around). For beginners, I recommend finding a stretchy c-ring that can fit around you even if you are fully erect, as those typically don't take much to use. Once you get more used to that c-ring, you can then "graduate" to a ring that doesn't stretch and one you have to put on when you are flaccid. Now I'm not saying that these rings will completely stop you from ejaculating, BUT because of the restriction, you will have a better chance to last longer than if you didn't wear one.

This takes your mind off of the pleasure you're receiving. By flewing that muscle every 4-5 seconds, you will be able to distract your mind enough to last drastically more than if you hadn't. 2. Meditation: Really focus on your breath. You'll get a hang of it after a week or so. So when you're in the act, just zoom out and focus on your breath. Hope this works for you.
