Great video! Covered many interesting aspects. Three quick questions: 1. When do you move your winning ad into the main adset (after 7 days when it beat the others?), and how many do you keep in your main adset? 2. We want to create our Facebook ad account in the next few days, but we will only start launching ads in late february. Would this delay cause any problems for our account as we don’t upload anything until then or is that fine? Regarding that, is there any "warmup" that should be done for the ad account? 3. Are there any other important things to look out for when creating an account? We will have a daily spending limit of 50€ for 2 months. I once heard that a facebook agency account has a higher daily spending limit, for example. Is any stuff like that important to consider and if so, what is it?

Daily budget is all we use

In my opinion, you should not use lifetime budgets because they will be unevenly distributed. Use your daily budget to increase or decrease each time frame, so your advertising will have better results

We have a CBO campaign that we're trying to scale, it has like 5-6 ads getting spend. One of the top 2 ads individually has a ROAS of 1x, would you turn it off? My media buyer says that it's probablyt working with the other ads to hit the overall cost cap

I'm using CBO and I always leave my ads on that don't perform because they don't get any spend anyways. When I test new creatives I always add a new adset with 20% minimum spend, is it wrong to do it like that?

Hey Nick, I had one question related to the account structure that you suggest normally? In one master campaign, should I have different adsets for each new concept, or should I have one master adset and put all winner creatives in that?

nick i currently run a cbo which is active for more than 2 months, i follewed your scaling strategy 20% up and some days i reduced 20% down due to low inventory. now i like to scale fast, my only doubt is whether i need to go step by step of 20% up everyday ? or can i double the budget ?

I would just edit the budget you want to be at and set that as the new budget.
