Sir, is 500k enough or too much for mausoleum? simple lang, 50 sq. m. po ang lot area. with toilet at grill and tiles, tapos concrete and roof, 1 floor lang. tia

hi Ms Girley. yung 50 sq meters po meron pa syang allowance for pathway for sure kaya mababwasan pa po sya. yung bubong is metal roof? kung slab, yun ang magpapamahal ng build nyo. 500k will be tight po. if money allotted for build lang po ng mausoleum yung 500k including materials... i think papasok po sya. pero pag kasama na ang bayad sa mga tao mukhang kukulangin po. ours is 800k po sya. super simple na sya including cr and grills na din. nagkakarun ng adjustments sa budget for sahod po ng mga tao. keep safe po always😊

21 sq meters? hmmn itong sa amin lodi nasa 56sq m anf buildable area nya, depende pa rin sa sukat na offered ng pagtatayuan mo ng mausoleum lodi. kasi for sure may mga offered sila na lot sizes... kaya hnd ko masyado matantya ang 21sq. m na lot. kung buildable lot na yang 21sq.m meaning wala ng margin at allowance na sukat sa katabing lot cguro aabot din ng 300k... depende parin sa ipapagawa mo na structure lodi at mga prices ng materiales at mga tao. keep safe ty.

If you tried to build this way in the US. You would be in a world of trouble….. The concrete work seems haphazard compared to our standards….It’s no wonder that a hurricane/ tornado can demolish these dwelling in no time. On the other hand, They can honor their families and ancestor, without an unreasonable amount of money, just a lot of hard work and hours in the elements…..

thanks for the comment. you have to consider the height of the build though, maybe roughly 12ft. i would agree with you a 100% on the quality perspective compared here in the US. this is not a slab roofing also. no one is going to be staying on the roof. the roof is super lightweight. it only carries metal roofing and the middle part of the build is reinforced with beams. they only made it appear as if its a slab roofing. if we are going to convert all expenses here in the US, its a $15k build. luckily for us... no tornados in the phils hehe. just rains and quakes. keep safe sir. thanks for dropping by😊🙏

@@tiyukitv6508 If you could find a place that would allow you to build this is would cost as much as a house about 250K . The cemeteries in the US will only let you purchase a mausoleum directly from them. They are built of solid granite or marble.. Electric and plumbing are not allowed. They won’t sell you a piece of land for a mausoleum. I have lately been considering buying a mausoleum in Italy, they are much cheaper. The family mausoleum in the US are strictly for the super rich….. I bought two Mausoleum Spaces for my husband and myself….. I would need to hit the lottery to buy the family one I want to leave for my family as a legacy……. Nice talking to you… your English is very Good! Mike
