I mean, there's Frieza with a long list of war crimes including an implied multiple mass genocides, destruction of entire planets (which counts for terrorism, destruction of property and arguably pollution on a massive scale)... Some of which are pre-meditsted, such as what he did to the Saiyans (who were fairly loyal to him) and what he tried to do with planet Earth during DBZ, while others were more spur-of-the-moment like with Namek or thr DBS/Resurrection F battle. And he believes strongly in "punish the messenger for delivering bad news", and even has zero qualms wbout his own soldiers being collateral. We even have the implication of him having been doing it for years prior to Z, and in general Frieza could probably earn a decently long stay without Super's retcons and events added by "non-canon" material but factoring that in, he could probably barely edge out Morty in terms of longest sentence. Abridged Frieza however, as seen in DBZA and HFIL by TeamFourStar would probably get a more severe sentence than canon Frieza and "non-canon but still made by Toei" Frieza despite having less free time, since everyone in DBZA is supposed to be an exaggerated version of themselves to some degree during the time it takes place. And exaggerating someone like Canon Frieza or "Non-canon" Frieza is going to mean making them more evil than they already were.

About the car it can fly. So you would maybe need to look at FAA policies. And there may be some international space policies the ship broke. Some policies Rick has been violating. Not having the vehicle inspected by a certified mechanic; being intoxicated in the 8 hour period; flying over no fly zones; his vehicle may not be in code (like how deep a lock washer needs to be in); may have been flying over supersonic over zone you should not; and possibly more. I think grand theft auto violation applies to not just cars and trucks but also boats, and aircraft. Not a pilot (just know one), a lawyer, or FAA agent. But I hope that gives you a good start on where to look on your video about Rick or future vehicles.

Well with the number of crimes that are being committed it would be easy to claim that they are not remorseful for their actions and those should be given the highest sentence, also the life sentences are being generous at 30 years per on again they could easily remove the possibility of parole which would make the sentence indefinite. What I personally don’t like are the ones where it’s self defense and still counted as murder. Also was morty attempting to rape Jessica because what he was doing simply made her feel in the same way she does when she want to have sex with anyone else which doesn’t seem like it would be attempted rape, or else anyone who tried to woe someone should be charged with attempted rape

I have some disagreements. The Ship isn't a Vehicle that could be considered one that Morty Couldn't Drive, so, technically, he's not breaking the Law. Speaking for Crimes related only to their Specific Earth and Dimension, any Crimes committed in Others Aren't Legally Binding. The Purge Planet Can't be considered either due to All Crime being Legal on that Night, like a Purge Movie, nothing done can be counted, especially since it Wasn't on the Planet he lives on. The Aliens and Creatures he Commits Crimes against Can't be counted either since they are Not considered Legal Living Entities on his Planet. Any Chemical Related Crime, at best he would get Charged with Helping due to the Fact that he didn't create them, he just used them. The Skipping School one, due to his Age, it is Beyond Unlikely he would go to Jail, his Parents or possibly Rick would because the First Episodes shows that when the Mega Seed made him Super Smart for a bit, his Parents ended up saying it Was Ok for him to Skip and the Majority of the time, Rick pulls him out without Checking him out at the School Office. Meaning the Adults would be in trouble, not him. The Vast Majority of his Crimes Couldn't and Wouldn't be even checked, seen, known or even if they were, wouldn't hold up in Earths Court System. Morty isn't a saint and I'm not defending him, I'm just basing it off of the Earths Justice System. A fair amount of these where he lives wouldn't count, kind of like doing something that's a Crime where you live in a Different Country that isn't considered a Crime, the US, Nor your City can do much about it.
