19:35 - 21:17 I'm glad you showed some clips where it didn't go anything like expected. He had to fight like hell in both of those clips. That demonstrates John's point that the finish is the hard part. But John promises that there is a route to score no matter what the opponent does. It can be a very complicated route, though, as we see, here -- maybe even involving a scramble. That's something John probably doesn't get enough credit for, but he impressed me as being one of the best scramblers ever.
