One thing nobody ever talks about in relation to bile issues and digestive issues is posture. That's the problem I have I have a mild scoliosis and my ribs are too tight plus a general bad posture from focusing on certain muscles at the gym and injuring my knees and quads. This can squish your upper organs including your gallbladder and liver obstructing the flow of bile. I had to identify every week muscle in order to strengthen it so you have to do your research about how different muscles affect each other for example weak quads cause tight hamstrings or the other way round so in order to strengthen quads you must also stretch your hamstrings (lower body muscles affect your upper body aswell). Even if it's not the main issue it will definitely help your organs to have as much room as possible to function. Deep breathing to stretch out ribs, stretch any tight muscle then work the weak ones. A good way to find out which muscles are weak is to look up proper posture stand sideways Infront of a mirror and mimic a perfect posture, hold for 5-20 seconds and see which muscles get sore.

This glad to read this comment. My whole family seems to have digestive issues and sludgey gallbladder and gallstones. Many people in my family are not health conscious and just do what the doctor tells then. This starts with anti acid prescriptions for a few years eventually leading to gallbladder removal. One key element nobody has ever mentioned is everyone in my family has mild to moderate scoliosis and struggles with posture. I live a really healthy life and diet bit still struggle with digestive issues and gallbladder sludge. I believe that posture and muscle strength play a big part in it.

This is absolutely most likely true. I had a spinal ligament injury when I was 23 and never corrected my posture or anything. Now I have lateral and anterior pelvic tilt. It was around the year after that injury I began to notice changes in my digestion. But didn't know what to do about it. I have poor posture, rounded shoulders as well. My work is also quite physically demanding and probably contributes to uneven activation of muscle groups. I've really been working on my health lately and trying to get to the root of my health problems and have been using TUDCA to clean out my gallbladder but everything still feels backed up in there. I've known I need to correct my posture but it's so difficult to get committed to it and get active since I usually work so hard as it is so it's hard to have an additional fitness routine. But it looks like I need to start taking this more seriously if I want to heal.

That's interesting. My posture was fine before, but now I do hunch forwards. But I can't sit up straight because of gall bladder pain, so it's a chicken and egg situation. I don't know if the bad posture came first or if it's a reaction to pain of a straight spine.

Ox bile or beet root leaf extract for the bile and gallbladder and you have to support the liver too with milk thistle or even apple cidar vinegar. I agree. Lack of healthy fat; low-fat standard American diet has caused low HCl and gallbladder issues. Many on a high fat ketogenic diet high in animal products helps with bile flow even in those who have had a gallbladder removed. TUDCA, taurine supplementation and even D-Limonene help thin bile and break down bile sludge.

No bread, starches, or sugars. I was able to lose some weight and heal that pain I had. I found out that the pain most likely came from having gallstones. Currently, I have a pulled muscle type of pain at the bottom of my right lower back along the ribcage area. When I eat food, I can feel like a reflux sensation go directly to my back area where the pressure pain is. I am thinking of trying tudca, chanca piedra supplements, and doing either the Andreas Moritz or Hulda Clark liver & gallbladder cleanse to hopefully clear the stones i may have and end my back pain. So is there any way of getting rid of the gallbladder stone without actually taking out the gallbladder?

Coffee enema. Do your own research
@ESEllis3 ай бұрын
@@Neil555-11Coffee enema will not help lol Only surgery if it’s that big. You could take ox bile over time and eat more apples. Might shrink the stone, but it’s not likely. In the end you will likely need your gallbladder removed. Small stones could be another story. Easier to resolve.

There is a product you can take to break down stones real good. The company in Florida sells it. It is called Pulverexx. It will break the stones down real good. I had a lot of black stones it broke them down so well.

following a ct scan Three years ago February 2020! I was told that I had a gallstone sticking half out of my gallbladder I then went on to having multiple scans ( except mri which I cannot have due to having a fragment of metal in one eye) eventually I was told that the gallstone had disappeared? It was suggested that it may have dropped back into the gallbladder or it may have passed through my system, however I continued to have abdominal pain and started having symptoms of acid reflux and I have had a number of ultrasound scans and some ct scans since the gallstone was first detected apparently a gallstone was seen within my bile duct in February 2022 but either the result was never sent to my gp has we now know many thousands of nhs reports never left the nhs computer system over the covid pandemic! Or if that was not the case then my gp surgery failed to either read the report or notify me of the result? So yet another year passed by and my symptoms got worse, I had another ultrasound in early 2023 which I now know showed a dilated bile duct! but I only found out about that when I had an ultrasound in january 2024 when th technician who was doing the latest scan told me! I was still awaiting an appointment with a gynaecologist who did eventually phone me in mid 2023 by which time the respiratory team who were checking if I had a lung disease because by then I was having (breathing issues which were not heart related ) as all those possibilities had been covered previously, The respiratory dr sent me for a ct scan which show😅ed that I had a dilated and by this time also a strictured bile duct, so when I finally received the phone call from the gynaecologist the first thing I told him was that I have a dilated and structured bile duct and to which the consultant replied no you haven't so I read him the report from respiratory and finally I have had yet another ultrasound which didnt show my bile duct due to gas, I was then sent for an endoscopy which wasn't to check the bile duct it was to see if I had acid reflux etc, I only had another ct scan because the ultrasound didn't show the bile duct and it showed the bile duct has a gallstone in it which I have now been scheduled for another endoscopy to try to remove the stone and for a stent to be placed in the bile duct to keep it open my procedure is being done in two months time, I now have low b12 ive been prescribed cyanocoM inn 1mg tablets once daily I cannot have another blood test until march when I will have been taking them for 3 months and only if that blood tests shows that I am no longer able to process nutrients will I be able to receive b12 injections on the nhs! I have found out that I can have the b12 injections done privately the cost per injection is 20/50 pounds and that they are only done once a month wearas the nhs do up to three a week also availability is limited in my area with some pharmacist only doing them every 3 months! 😢

Now 2 years later depending on what I eat during my cycle the extreme bloating cramping and again throwing up bile! Had to go to the er bc the heaviness in my chest I couldn’t breathe. Was just sent home with extra strength malox … le sigh

I used a supplement to restore bile flow but now i definitely have stones blocking ducts......ill address those but now i have signs of low stomach acid....green stool and undigested food in stool. Might it be that the ratio of bile to acid is off because bile flow is restored ? Does the body fix the ratio over time?

I have gallstones and also had H Pylori, in December so I'm gathering I have bile sludge and lack of acid issues. Please help.... Should I take hcl along with bile salts? Either of those? I have had the treatment therapy for HP and waiting for gallbladder removal, currently taking Gallbladder Formula and Probiotics, helping but the constipation and bloating is unreal even eating healthy fresh food but very small portions, I'm only 45kg so a skinny minny already.... Desperate listener from UK having gallstone attacks every few weeks still, again thank you for this video, health to you both.

I'd take bile salts away from meals as to not interfere with the acidity of the stomach. HCL, ACV with your meals to increase the acidity (by lowering the pH inside the stomach). To thin your bile, bitters (coffee, dark chocolate), fermented foods, drinking plenty of water, moving (exercise), choline etc. I think bile salts increase the production of bile (if you're not producing enough, which is rare) but I don't think it does anything to make it flow easier.

Animal fats are the healthiest fats you should be consuming. You might not be tolerating avocado because of its histamine and oxalate content.

How does the Bile thin if no fat? Is Bile called for without fat in the diet? (Due to acidic digestion)
@AnneAlready9 ай бұрын
One strategy I have heard of is to eat quite a lot of soluble fiber to bind with the old, thick, toxic bile and take it out of the body. The liver gets feedback to produce new fresh bile. It's supposed to take 6 - 10 weeks to thin bile this way.

If I have low stomach acid and thick bile, what do I focus on first? Appreciate any insight
@rhenry73699 ай бұрын
Cindy, I would think you could actually treat both of these at the same time, after-all, they're both related to digestion. Some people advocate a low-fat diet with the bile/Gallbladder issue but many say to not go that route. You see, bile flow is dependent upon some fat consumption. That's what stimulates bile flow. Olive oil and Cod Liver Oil are good sources for this. Castor oil packs, fresh lemon juice in water are things that will help bile flow. Hope this helps.
@phoenixaz84319 ай бұрын
Not an ''either or'' issue, you need both working optimally. Do everything you can to address both. Coffee, bitters, fermented foods, movement , drinking plenty of water, choline etc. to thin the bile. HCL, ACV to address the other. If you're going to have bile salts, I *think* it's best to not have it with meals to not interfere with the stomach's acidity

"All vitamins are fat soluble...", this is not the case at all. Most vitamins are water soluble and have to be consumed regularly to maintain optimum levels. Fat soluble vitamins are stored in your body’s fat tissue and liver for up to six months in some cases, hence it's possible to overdose on these if using supplements (A, E, D3 for example).
