Budding Luciferian here. I've only been on the path for a couple of years. In my studies, when many people think of Satan, they are actually either describing Lucifer, who is different and NOT Satan, or they are describing Samael, the Archangel, who is also different. Samael is the initial father of the Nephilim with Lilith. He defected willingly from Heaven because he disagreed with the demonization of Lilith and the killing of the Nephilim by way of The Great Flood that was caused by Yahweh. The word "Satan" is also a title. The most common meanings are the words "Adversery" or "Accuser" In the bible, there is a talk between a man and "Satan". The man asks Satan two questions, and both are answered: Man: In what form do you take? *Satan appears before me as an angel of light.* Man: Where is your domain? Satan: I walk to and fro upon the earth. As far as the first question: Lord Lucifer is the Lightbringer. Not Samael. So, the angel of light would describe Lord Lucifer. The second question means that Lord Lucifer may have been initially banished to Hell, but he is not stuck there, and that he considers Earth, our planet as his. Which would make sense. Why? Well, Lord Lucifer is the Adversery of Yahweh, and Yahweh created the earth, then of course out of some emotion, Lord Lucifer would Yahweh's creation, as his own to wrest it from his control. To take that feat from his. Earth was Yahweh's greatest creation, and Lord Lucifer was banished to it? Of course, he was going to take it. I have more to say, but I have said enough.
