Thanks Luke for the video. Question: How does the food sampling work? Like just eat a small appetizer at each restaurant? (I live in an urban area, but not super compact like Bangkok, so I feel like I’d have to take public buses or ubers between locations). I’m an American dude living in a Latin American country, was hoping to start some type of tourism business here with low overhead.

Hi, thanks for the info. I am interested in learning more about how to approach restaurants to offer samples on the tour. How much should a food tour business budget to work with restaurants ? Thanks so much

Personally, I would sketch out what you want to buy and write down all the menu prices and come up with an estimate of cost. I’d at least double your costs. You might be able to work out a slight discount with restaurants too.
