Even Mahindra struggles with customer service, sales, and after-sales support, yet no one criticizes or mocks them. Instead, all the negativity is directed at Tata. Brother tata car have quality issues direct from the manufacturing place ,my uncle's altroz has enormous panel gaps on one side of the hood , replaced radiator within 10 days of delivery and after 1 and half year usage rusting issues in the boot area and rear door ,my brother is using 2nd hand mahindra panel gaps are Evident in his vehicle xuv300 ,but no further issues he faced in last 5 yrs with service and quality like altroz did in a year . mahindra is also facing problems with the customer service and servicing area ,but what can we do if a product is coming with more faults from the manufacturing plant itself ?

It is to be noted that what Mahindra are doing is not some wonder in terms of engineering, it's been done before but they're the first ones in India to get it right with thier portfolio of cars. When they talk about computers and say it can do billions of instructions etc. i mean shit tons of compute can do the billions calculations. It has to be appreciated that Mahindra are being this transparent.

What do you feel about the prixe of BE 6 and XEV 9E... Do u feel because of so much of hype created thay have hiked the price.... For 26.9 L and 30.5 L ex showroom there is compromises in the vehicle... Like all window should be one thouch up down, co pasanger seat electric adjustable, V2V, V2L, lack in under thigh support and other small details in terms of ergonomic is missing... I feel the ex showroom is higher... Sigh some ight in to this topic..

Tech is not cheap bro, another point is you wont find a 228hp , 535 claimed mileage Ev at a price point of 20lakhs so these price can be justified But the actual range in highways , and charging infrastructure, And battery depletion along the years vs range are a different matter all together

@raveendhana7084 I was specifically talking about the pack 3 of the variant... 18.9 L for the pack 1 which you are mentioning... If you closely observe the spec of the pack 1 the suspension doesn't have semi dampers, the tyres are only low rolling resistance not noise damped ones... I know tech is not cheap... I accept the electric front runner BYD is at a higher price in india... Because it is at 70% import taxes...

Whats the point of enginnering, introducing new car models if you cant deliver the cars. it was advertised in the Media that cars will be available to view in showrooms from Jan 14th in Chennai. I went yesterday and showroom said cars will be displayed only in feb 1st week. Mahindra has not delivered 3XO and roxx to most of the customers yet.
