Can I ask how you chose a niche if you did and how you’re going about choosing and applying designs? I’ve never done any type of digital design and really struggling with that! I also want to do shirts and sweatshirts etc but also maybe mugs and stuff like that in designs that I love, but I feel like I can narrow it down. I just like cute cozy stuff with plants, designs with no weird quotes, horror stuff. Like too many opposites. I guess I’m just hoping for some insight into how you decided those things? I would appreciate that a ton!

Hey Cassie, thank you for another great video! I was wondering, can you make a video of other print on demand items that we can sell? Print if I have so many products you can sell and I’m not sure which other ones I should branch into, what other products actually have people buying. Thanks!

Hi Cassiy. Thanks for all of your helpful Etsy videos! Mandy has excellent content on her channel as well! I'm hoping that you can enlighten me on something. Some t-shirt colors look different on a computer vs a phone. For example, Comfort Colors Lagoon Blue and Island Reef look more blue on a computer and green on a phone. I know this is a common issue due to different monitors. My question is, how do I know which color is closest to the actual color they will get? I don't want someone buying a CC shirt thinking it'll be blue, but it's actually green. I did add a disclaimer that shirt colors may appear slightly different than they actually are due to monitors being different. I still want to come as close as possible with matching mockups to the true color of the shirt. How do you handle this?

Thank you for these great informational videos, they keep me going! I have a question regarding an order i just received and wanted to see what you think based on your experience. A customer just ordered a shirt for an event that they need by July 8th. This is with Monster on Printify. Do you think that I am ok with this order making it on time or is there a way to upgrade shipping? Ive only had 2 orders before and they have both been delivered within a week? What should I recommend to the customer? Thank you again for taking the time to share your expertise!
@xindai34 Жыл бұрын
Cassiy, question for you, what profit margins are you both sitting at? My assumption is with POD should be around 30%. Ive seen a lot of margins that are sitting way lower, and Im starting to think that people arent pricing correctly on Etsy....
@justaman2363 Жыл бұрын
Here’s a question Cassiy should I deactivate listings that are not getting any visits or favorites after 1 to 2 renewals. These would mostly be my super beginner listings that now I look back and the designs aren’t that good to the downright “what was I thinking” ones.
@AnonymousAlpha-um2oz Жыл бұрын
I live in south africa and i want to start with etsy and printify. quick question: is the location that shows up in the front page of a POD seller the location of the seller or is that the location from where the products are shipped from (e.g. awkward styles address)? I'm asking this because if its the location of the seller, that means south africa will be the location that shows up. will that not affect my sales since i'll only be targeting U.S. customers and they may think i'm shipping from south africa instead of U.S. (with e.g. awkward styles)

Hi ☺️ should we open a business for selling on Etsy?
@TinaPareArts Жыл бұрын
What am I doing wrong? I have three different etsy stores. I have only had two sales in only one of them. How are you getting ppl to your store to sell 100k of POD?! I feel my stuff is very good, as I am an artist and most of my designs are from scans of actual art, not just made from text and pre made graphics. How are you getting ppl to your store? Please advise!!!

Hello Cassiy! I have a question and I hope you can answer it...I'm from Philippines and trying to sell POD on the US market, and the print providers I'm using is also from US... Is there any disadvantage to that or I'm doing the right thing?
@CassiyJohnson Жыл бұрын
The person who commented back to you was a scammer that said to DM them, they had a 1 next to my name 😐 To answer your question, the US is the largest market for shopping on Etsy so I think it makes total sense if you want to sell to the US with a US supplier! This saves you time checking trademarks in multiple places as well

A couple weeks and only 25 views. I have excellent seo - it isnt difficult but the page is too saturated. I heard etsy ads dont even help :/
@CC-vj6dd Жыл бұрын
I feel a bit despondent. Today I watched a video telling us all the reasons why we shouldn't start an Etsy store - and it made sense, to be honest. I know nothing about design, tags, seo, etc. If I start, I will be starting everything from scratch, learning bit by bit, making a lot of mistakes. This will mean a lot of work a lot of time and probably money - on top of my 9 to 5 job. I've got to be honest: investing that much and having zero results is making me think a lot if this is even worth it. Not to sound negative bu just sayin'
@CassiyJohnson Жыл бұрын
I totally agree with you and I'm glad you got that from this video as well. I have never said this is just an easy passive way to make money. Mandy had to work tons of hours to build the business she has now and so did I. It's a ton of hard work and learning that might not be right for everyone!
