The human mind is just like social media. When we first join a social media site like facebook, Instagram, or X, everything comes at us with complete randomness. But soon, the more we view, like, comment, and interact, the social media algorithm learns more about what we like. Once in learns what we like, what does it do? It will send us more of what we like. It even sends us things it thinks we might like.
This is exactly how the human mind works. We act, we think, we talk, we see things, we experience the world in our own unique way. What the mind does, is take all that information, and as we continue to experience the world around us the incredible vastness of existence, we will see and experience the things we most think about and talk about. Why does it happen this way? Well, there is way too much information for our brains to comprehend everything that comes at us, but the amazing thing about the brain is that it will signal us when there is something important, or information that is similar to what we speak, think, or believe. Just like social media sends us more of what we like, the world sends us more of what we think about.
How else is the mind similar to social media? Have you ever found yourself falling down a rabbit hole of videos and content on social media? You may just want to find out how to tie a tie, then suddenly, hours later, you find yourselves learning how the world is flat and the lizard people are secretly taking over, or you start listening to some crazy dog talking about manifesting dreams. This is similar to having no purpose or direction in our lives. We will find that we are guided by instant gratification and pleasure, which is a road that always leads nowhere.
There is so much of social media that we do not see. We are only shown a tiny sliver of everything that is happening on social media, guided by our likes and interests, just like there is so much of the world, we are not capable of seeing. We can only see a tiny sliver of the world, not to mention the universe. What we see is guided by our thoughts. We can only be shown the things we think about and talk about most. There is so much, all around us, at all times, that we cannot see, but it’s there. The only way we can see it, is if we change the way we think.
So how do we change the way we think? How do we begin to change what we see around us? Is there a magic word or phrase that will allow us to see the world differently? To see all those opportunities around us? To hear that voice that will guide us to our dreams? Unfortunately, it’s not that easy. These changes don’t just happen overnight. Just like with social media, if you frequently viewed topics like politics, war, crime, hate, even if you stop showing interest in these topics, it will continue sending that content until the algorithm learns your new preferences. The longer you viewed them, the harder it will be to remove them. It could take months, if not years to truly change the world you see around you.
But, that is why I created this meditation, as a way to overcome this obstacle. With this meditation, you will be able to tap into the subconscious mind and not only change the way you see the world, allowing abundance, love, and fulfillment into your life, but it will also allow you to manifest anything you want, allow you to attract it effortlessly into your life. Listen for 30 nights as you fall asleep, and watch as the world around you begins to transform.

Dauchsy, any chance you could make me a 7hour sleep video? You have a couple of 8 hours but sometimes I don't make it in bed on time,, so 7 hours is all I have. I love your videos. They help me sleep, but I wish I could have one to last the whole night. Can I manifest you creating a 7 hour video? Hmmm... let's see. If you do, I will let the universe show you which topic or need to make the videos about. I can't wait to smile when I see a video or two from you with the exact thing(s) that I need to manifest. An 8-hour video gives you seven hours. Just set your alarm for seven and shut off the video at that time. Then the rest of us can have eight hours. Thanks ☺️
