This was fun! I know I was watching by 2020, but I think I might have started lurking around 2019. And yes, I noticed the vocal change! You started to sound more relaxed when talking after the first year or two. The thing that surprised me was the overwhelming percentage of your upcoming releases that you did end up enjoying. It took me some seconds too long to realize your 2018 self was you lol. You look so different!

I do! I was much younger and kind of miserable because I was always hungry and starving myself on a weight loss program that was terrible for my health. It took a long time to eventually start on a path to nourishing my body and getting frequent movement. This year I’ve gotten back into weightlifting for the first time since my mid-twenties and it has been amazing. I just didn’t want to get into all of that in the video.
