I read dark matter when it first came out in like 2016 or something... and i still think about it ALL the time. Its the book I always recommend to people when they want a recommendation because I think so many people would like it. Definitely read Recursion by Blake Crouch as well... it has similar vibes... and is amazing. The last book he came out with "Upgrade" wasn't up to par though IMO.

I felt the same about Cinder, but I kept reading the series and I LOVED the rest of the books, please keep reading!!! Cinders character develops so much and the writing gets even better! And I became less confused as the series went on!

I read Dark Matter in one sitting it was one of the best books i"ve read. Recursion by Blake Crouch is also a very good read as well- his books always have the most unique plots

Love Kate Stewart. I just read the plight before Christmas in December. It was good. I love the ravenhood series also if you like her try “Drive and Reverse” both are really good

Like you said The Lunar Chronicles are better the more you continue with the serie ! You discover new characters with each book and the story of Cinder and the prince continue 😏 The last book 🤌🤌🤌 Also if you want more background there is a prequel about the queen called Fairest 🙃 Great video I really enjoyed it 😃

im currenly reading House of Hollow and by the sounds of it its kind of similar to Dark Matter? Its about 3 sisters who went missing as kids and reappeared out of nowhere a month later, without any memory of where theyd been. 10 years later the eldest sister goes missing again. I dont want to say too much but let me say its not just another "regular" mystey/thriller!

I must be the only person who disliked Dark Matter. I found the mc pretty stupid. He did the most basic science things wrong even though he's supposed to be a very intelligent scientist.
