Most adoptive parents are very narcissistic...these adopters told the bio parents whatever they wanted to hear... love-bombing them, future-faking, all the things narcissists are infamous for doing...and the second they get that signature on the adoption paperwork...they can do whatever they want with that baby and they know it. The bio parents go from being the best people ever...to absolutely nothing... glorified to completly discarded...in just a matter of days or even hours. Brandon and Theresa were no exception. They didn't want Catelynn and Tyler to know their last name, or even the state they lived in...much less their address...in case they changed their minds about the adoption and wanted their baby back. I think, legally, they had a few months to change their minds after the adoption...so Brandon and Theresa were incredibly distant and vague until that period of time had passed.

I’m glad we lived long enough to see this… reality tv knowing now what happened after these episodes aired.. especially amber and Gary. They were so young, just stay home til your kid is in preschool then do what you need to do for yourself.. it’s not a big deal, it goes fast. It seems like she wrote one for the audience to make herself look less bothered, but left the real letter for Ryan to tell him off. I don’t believe Maci is as mature or “perfect” as she appears on tv. Nobody is that mature 😂🤣 she had an entirely different tone in the real letter and was more direct about the reason she was upset, whereas on this same episode, she said that she wasn’t going to tell him what he’s doing wrong because he already knows, and she doesn’t want to waste her breath. These young girls have their babies and then romanticize it, wanting to get married, have a cute house with a picket fence. 9 times out of 10, it doesn't work. I know because I did the same thing. 3 months after I graduated high school, I had my son. By December, I was married. 30 years later.... I am NOT the same person I was back then. And neither is my husband. It's been really difficult to stay together. We now have a mutual appreciation and love for each other but it has been very, very hard.

My aunt got pregnant, graduated high school, and got married all in the same year. They're still together and had a second son together, but it was difficult at times. Especially in the early years from what I've been told. None of my friends who had babies as teens stayed with the dads. One of them even had three and they still didn't work out. Watching Maci try so hard to make Ryan into husband material is sad.

Farrah in particular, at some point, you have to wonder is that money really that important, to have no integrity or morals or...idk, theres so many other things I could add lol self awareness, humility, etc. I mean, she sells her own poo...that's not exactly the mark of a successful business person to me. 😂 💩 But she does seem to live a rich life, whether it's true or whether she just portrays that, I'm not sure. Shes never paid any of the hundreds of thousands she owes from multiple failed businesses, and that's only gonna get worse financially. But yea, most of the girls _are_ successful in the sense that they have plenty of money from getting lucky that their one-episode, initially short series took off and became a hit and now all they have to do is let people film them. But without the show, I think we all know many of these girls wouldn't have a thing to their names.
