Ever wondered how much of a CRIMINAL the average Terrarian is during his/her playthrough? Me neither. Until today. I did want to make a proper video on the topic, but it all just went downhill once the roleplaying started...

So to start off we need to break atleast I don't know five laws? Because of murder then we need to assume they only killed bosses... also we have the fact that you NEED to break blocks.... and then we have the voodoo... and also some illegally obtained items you got from killing bosses... 2:36 actually, according to the law, if someone, or something is trying to kill you, you can injure, or even kill it in the name of self defense. Since the slime hit Zuzucorn first, it is considered self defense. So, if you let an enemy hit you first, it's probably fine. Guess daytime EOL is off the table then...

police, you got it all wrong. heres my entire rebuttal. (this is supposed to be an in-depth way to respond to all of the crimes that the police claims the terrarian makes. i will take the place of the terrarian here. i already did like 13 and 2/3rd minutes of the video so im kinda finished rn) since i created the world, its all technically *_mine_* so all your things about me robbing, trespassing and destruction of property is dismissed. the slime and monster battery is also dismissed due to it wanting to harm me, as such, this is self-defense. the murder can also be justified in the same way if they are also trying to murder you. plus, pumpkin thief is not a crime, it's a title given to people who steal pumpkins. along with that, if you are on *_my_* property without any permission from me, you are technically trespassing so that's a uno reverse on you. another thing, happiness of villagers do not count as abuse or mistreatment of tenants. social distancing rules are overruled when they live in literally the same apartment block. they are technically in their own home living by themselves, sometimes with a pet, this is not illegal however. conversion and disposing of evidence is possible, however the disposing of evidence is literally because of the pot shards naturally disappearing after a while and villagers putting the items in the imaginary trashcan that somehow causes the items to disappear. i would also like to protect the merchant here for the failure to disclose, as he has no way to reobtain the items. the arms dealer sells weapons for self-defense, and the demolitionist is also a miner, using his explosives as a mining tactic. the arms dealer most likely has a permit to sell guns. the attempted murder is also overruled as no damage is dealt to the npc's, however, using flymeal, rotten eggs or using either of the voodoo dolls are murder or battery. contempt of lawful authority is, unlike what i said above, something you could have me in jail for, but as most of your arguments are mostly invalid, you are accusing people of things they don't do. again, killing bosses is self-defense, as they appear after you use a thing that is seemingly there or by natural means. (for example, eye of cthulhu, mech bosses, king slime and deerclops are all spawnable by time.) you also make the life of the clothier better by lifting him of his curse, so that is also overruled. however, the only bosses which would be considered assault and murder would be the queen bee (due to the summoning method of murdering a stillborn), empress of light (killing an innocent fly for no reason which is also poaching), the lunatic cultist (due to the cultists being killed when you summon the lunatic cultist) and moon lord, however the moon lord is justifiable due to it causing the world to have something go extremely badly, and the player is forced to kill the moon lord to make the world go back to normal. the ninja had no way to get out naturally. he had to be killed in order to save the nerd slime inside. again, the bombs were used for excavation purposes so that is also overruled. plus, how is excavating using explosives terrorism? the "public property" you mentioned was technically *_my_* property which means that is also overruled. also what the hell is with the respawn thing costing money? forgery also doesn't exist in terraria so that is also overruled. how do you forge if you cannot even have paper that you can write on in terraria? this is also not fraud due to the fact *_i legitimately obtained it_*__. plus, why do i have to purchase __*_my_* own land to use it? this counts as you taking my land as the public's land, which isn't even true to a bit, that also means you are still trespassing. again with the illegal things, it's my land, so it's fine for me to fish on *_my_* land. how many times have i told you that you are trespassing, officer. you don't even have a permit to go on *_my_* land. the slime is clearly happy so there is no way i could have mistreated it. how is using a certain wallpaper criminal? going on a date with someone is not sexual harassment. complimenting someone is not sexual harassment. and plus, you are killing the bunnies by pressing the button which gives you a few counts of murder. plus, if the dryad is so lewd, they should be the one being the harasser. saying someone's name is not sexual harassment. damn, theres a lot of sexual harassment jokes here. corruption? you corrupted bastard. again, *_my_* land so if i pollute it then its not an issue for the other lands. creating arenas isnt illegal from what i can remember, plus they do want to kill you too, trying to get as close as they can to you to murder you. bruh, you took money too so aren't you also not excempt from this? honestly, the minion one is kind of valid, apart from the fact you aren't supposed to whip your minions, you whip your enemies. now child labor is the fun one. we don't even know any of the ages of the minions, apart from a few select ones, like the slime staff which summons baby slimes. i can't argue with the animal abuse thing, because it is literally them being like guard dogs for you. ok golden shower is reasonable to be banned because its actually disgusting how the hell do you even hear me from that far away, plus it's my opinion so doesn't count. i just hate the dye trader and don't tell people to hate him. false imprisonment and torture is literally overruled aswell because he loves the home for some reason ok i agree with the policeman on this one, fuck the angler i haven't even mentioned how killing all of the bosses with a high position is regicide so thats one for me.

Yeah, i've done more crimes in this than imaginable, I've murdered npcs, i've created countless murding machines, i've constantly commited "Arson" by placing those fire blocks or whatever, i've illegal mined out most of the ores, i've littered everywhere, i've tossed my crap about, looted more chests than ever, tresspassed thousands of times, caused the death of almost every creature imaginable, been the leading cause of millions of solar eclipses which caused death to MORE beings, i've went out of my way to kill innocent creatures, i've done capitalism, built a giant road through the world, ripped apart creatures homes, placed npcs insanely close to each other ,scammed, and even caused major damage to the biomes themselves, in other words, im a nightmare.

Bruh I made a place in my worlds literally called the slums. It contains every npc that isn't the demolitionist, goblin tinkerer, furry, guide and Arms dealer. 2 of those go to the hell below hell. 2 of those go to adequate living compartments. Everybody else has the same 5x7 room with a workbench torch and chair. They are all given 5 silver to spend every week. There are no elections. Everybody shares their wares. Everything is perfect. Glory to New Ohio.

Firstly, how does land work in a 2D world? Isn't land a concept of the 3D world? Also, I always build the houses above the ground, far off the screen, far off the building permit or concept of land, against the laws of the 3D world's physics. 4:15 Unhinged the whole time, but now also unreasonable. An abandoned chest, in a cave, that has no door, it's obviously no-man's items. In Germany, you are legally allowed to keep things other people threw in the trash, or gave up ownership. Of course, you can't just look into the trash of other people, it only when the trash leaves their container, for example on a dumpster.
