What a great video. Watching you casually pull a motor out of a car. And back running in what would have taken me weeks or months to do haha. Much respect.

Lol rain and clouds sure are more scarce on the west for the most part. I like sunny days, but summer is scorcher

Time to raise your rates. You are not charging enough if you have more customers than time. Raise your rates and buy a new mobile van if you want to continue mobile work. You have been working out of the back of a pickup truck for long enough, while trying to find time to fix your own mobile van. You deserve it, and your family deserves it.

You should look into getting a big canopy at least so you can work in the rain and or 24/7😂

You maybe should look into getting your own garage and get people in the work with you hopefully you will find time off to enjoy with your family the mechanic we take or cars to only work by himself most of the time he has a lot of customers so if it’s no urgent you will have to wait for a couple of weeks but most holidays he just closes his garage up it closed last week and he will be only open again in the new year but his customers still going out back to him

The issue with going from mobile to a shop is the overhead cost. It's not as easy to start or maintain as folks assume. While shops are stingey, rent, insurance, air, shop equipment, taxes, etc, are all costs a mobile guy doesn't incur, which inturn keeps the savings back in the customers pocket. And you can charge a fair amount because of the convenience. Also as a mobile guy, you get to charge more for an emergency if the need arises. Shops kinda suck.

You’re to busy promoting garbage tools and not working on cars. Seems like that’s the problem
