How Many Grafts Can You Get From The Beard?

As you guys know, I'm getting my fourth and final HT in a couple of months with ‪@EugenixHairSciencesofficial‬. Since I've had 3 hair transplants before, my donor needs to be carefully managed. I will definitely need to take advantage of my thick beard. Thankfully, I have a relatively straight beard. It won't mismatch my scalp hair too much. The question is, though, just how many grafts can I get from my beard in one go? This will be my last procedure. I have to make it count.
I set up a live consultation with Dr. Pradeep Sethi and Dr. Arika Bansal, and I asked them this question, the goal is 2,000 or so grafts from the beard and 500-600 grafts from my scalp. Hey Melvin, I talked to Dr. Diep because I plan to get a hair transplant within the next 3 years. He said I should stop microneedling because it creates scar tissue under the skin which might affect the quality of the recipient zone when I finally get the hair transplant. Any comments about this?

He’s mentioned that to me, but unless you’re going really deep creating cuts I don’t think you’ll develop much scar tissue if at all.
