Hi, One of your video you said, hitting the Kerb while doing 3 point turn or reverse parking is not an offense, but they failed me while doing 3 points turn because I hit the Kerb.

@@louisedancel i did mine today and passed!!! Did test at deer park honestly to easy. No need to be nervous, just follow the instructions and make sure you follow the rules. My test was mostly in residential area, but good luck to you im sure you'll pass!!!

The Drive Test will be terminated immediately (and the result recorded as ‘Not Successful’) if the applicant commits more than one Critical Error during Stage 1 or more than two Critical Errors over the course of the entire test.

My driving instructor said your cars length which is similar to seeing the bottom of the car in fronts tire plus some road and double that if the vehicle in front is truck, bus etc

I just moved to Victoria, in Victoria can your driver instructor do your test? Or does it have to be a different person. Cause in Adelaide your instructor and examiner can’t be the same.

In NSW no critical errors are allowed, even one critical error is a fail item, did you say in VIC you’re allowed two?

Thank you Vikas. I failed 6 attempts in Qld driving test. 6 th attempt mistakes pointed were Merging speed in high way,i ve put indicators 300 m before but they say i dint put indicator on time, lane change i did shoulder check and put indicator before lane change and did see if the person is waiting on the other lane, but instructor said i cut the car. And seeing road speed signs i was driving. He said i went in 60 in 50 zone. Pls advice.

I had my first failed attempt today and I am pretty devastated as it was within 1 minute of starting stage 1 as we encountered an unexpected situation. - just turned left from Vicroads Center and a car reversed absolutely rashly and fast from curb side as it didn’t see us turning maybe . I pressed brake for fast stop but my instructor pressed the horn in knee jerk reaction - examiner said we cannot continue and marked “unsuccessful due to instruction intervention” I am so disappointed and confused if I should continue with same instructor for my next attempt or go with someone more calm - not blaming them as I could have maybe reacted faster and along with pressing brake should have honked but I wasn’t sure if honking was ok 😕. Any suggestions on how to deal with this and practice to handle this better

Just need to go straight no need to check because you not changing line no can over take you you need to shoulder check when some can overtake you
