Rare original master recording of How Many More Times from the famous Royal Albert Hall show. Performed on the 9th of January, 1970. This uncut version includes band introductions and a rendition of That’s Alright.

About 100 for me... Probably 1000 plays for this concert in general, not counting the times I played this back on the DVD I "borrowed" from my uncle when I was in high school.

Picture this - 1969 - small town in rural New Zealand. Friend came to my place with a record from this unknown band called Led Zeppelin. I was 14 - holly shit.

Led Zeppelin played music that can't be touched no other band comes close they cast a shadow over Rock and Roll these guys weren't mere mortals they are the gods of Rock and Roll

@@alexanderh.5814 plant could not sing it nearly as well. Add to that they had a much larger catalog to pull songs from. It is my favorite zep song. I love hearing the different versions.

@@rickchyczewski576 Thank you for that appreciated. I too love listening to the various live versions here on KZbin. The riff lick from John Paul Jones' bass is easily one of the most iconic of all songs from Led Zepplin imo. And I've listened to a fair amount of their songs...

21:08 Holy Sh**t He's voice is so god damn raw and powerful :O how can sing that high and that powerful. Roberts voice from 68-72 was untouchable

@@Blackscorpion1963 Plant's vocals were fine in 1970, his problems developed later in '72. They just decided to use Whole Lotta Love for the medley not HMMT and it fell out of the set.

It's from the Royal Albert Hall DVD. There's a 2 hour recording of it on KZbin. Although, it might be cut a bit. The band intros in this song were not in the DVD release.
