The connoisseurs of old Hindi films would know that Nimmi was a very famous actress from the 1950s to 1960s. Mushtari Bai had a younger sister Sitara Begum. Once when her elder sister Wahidan came to Agra from Bombay, she took Sitara with her and went to Bombay. She also wanted to take Mushtari to Bombay, but for some reason, Mushtari Bai did not go to Bombay, Sitara Begum went. In Bombay, Sitara Begum was introduced by Wahidan Bai to some film directors. There Sitara got a new name, Jyoti. To whom Mushtari Bai was married, how many children were born or not, when, where and how she died, all this information could not be obtained even after doing a lot of research.
