I knew nothing about curing potatoes until watching this :) I'm wondering -- would it be good to store them on on a screen, a hard screen elevated off the tarp? Then the air could get underneath? It amazes me how MANY things in life need to be cured! Really enjoyed this.

Bri, you are a great gardener. I love to see the kids eating right from the garden. We grew up that way. A salt shaker, tomatoes, cubes etc. A tip when pulling carrots. Punch down on the carrot, then pull.❤

What a great space under ur house! The heavy duty plastic shelves for garages would be great and totally unaffected by any moisture. And a couple of those cheap lights u push to activate would be great as a start. I can't wait to see how u organize it. Really awesome harvest too. I went out today to check on green beans, was none 4 days ago. Today almost all I found have gone flat and overdone. Tomatoes plants have tons of huge tomatoes, no red ones yet. My potatoes are finally blooming, i planted twice but only 10 first time round, then 4 weeks later i plant 2 kind but 10 plants. How many seed potaties did you plant. Bri im so impressed at all you have accomplished sense you moved in. Great job

You can make sauerkraut, you can freeze it. I take off the outer leaves and then wrap in saran wrap and put in the fridge. I am experimenting with putting under the house.
