I have noticed all kids on the farms are very respectful and help with the chores with no back talk or not wanting to help. I think that is great they’re raised to be helpful with what the family needs to do to work together and make the chores easier on everyone. 👍👍

He is so strong for 6 months old. When we were adopting our daughter and was in court for final adoption her dad was on the witness stand so the judge could talk and question him I was holding her and she looked right at him and said da da da da and started jumping around the judge said we know who her dad is; "adoption granted"! One of the happiest days of our life she was 10 months old we got her when she was 4 days old straight from the hospital.🎉

I nursed my oldest & stopped when he bit me & LAUGHED when I cried out. I tapped his cheek & said NO then he grinned & bit me again. I stopped breast feeding him... never dried up - next baby was over a year feeding & I got very ill. I had pumped while feeding both babies & donating to a child with horrible allergies. So I was a good cow & loved every minute. U bond so much with the child

I love this video! And Lacey, it's so true about we who are blessed to be able to nurse our babies as long as is possible! The antibodies in breastmilk help them build better immune systems, for sure! My second child nursed the longest (22 months) out of my three, and has the strongest immune system compared to their siblings. Thanks so much for sharing!

Mike & Lacey we use to freeze wet washcloths letting our 3 sons chew on them. Freezing the cloths numbed the gums allowing the babies chew harder thus allowing the teeth to be pushed through the chilled gum.

What a beautiful family! I think sometimes throughout the video he was asking for his siblings though! Selah, Josiah, and Micah in baby talk sounds like dada and he was staring at them so much like he just wants to play with them and be able to do what they do. It won't be long! I nursed my 2 older boys for 1 & 1/2yrs , but my daughter nursed till she was 3, and the reason I gave her that we needed to quit, was cuz I was pregnant with my youngest with 3 months to go and I neededto store up the good stuff for him for awhile. She was ok with that.

When I nannied a baby, she had incredible grip strength. She'd grab on so tight, especially when I was holding her with one arm/hand so I could lock or unlock the door. It's reminding me of that since your baby is holding on tight here. (19:15)

I just saw another farmer moving his chicken coup and had old 🎿 skies on the bottom of the coup. It looked so much easier to move. Just an idea. That baby looks more like his brother everyday. Stay safe.
