Say can't the Giga Mac fight be done in 7 punches? Like, instead of little lac throwing a punch for little mac to get a star he does a taunt for Mac to counter to earn the star saving one punch

It’s true if you never hit him and he knocks you down twice and you are under half health in the last three seconds of round three he begins to dance. But if you hit him in the first second while he is dancing he falls but if you hit in the last two he blocks and you lose by decision.

you guys forgot the technique that i made, its where you tell the opponents, "Please, my good combatant, would you be so kind to instantly stay knocked on the floor when my fist collides with your face, for around 11 seconds I would recommend, please and thank you!" usually works, doesnt work on sandman sometimes, he'll get mad and then the screen goes black and then mac is put in the hospital for 245 concussions in the span of 2 seconds

Even though I’ve seen your records before I’m just right now seeing your other videos and I’ve gotta say you’re very talented at this! I will say something tho, DK’s undodgable slam attack he does after a leap IS dodgeable, I’ve only gotten it once, but I can confirm it’s possible and he even has an animation after he hits you where you can stun him, but it’s not really that much of a big deal, if you went to do possibly frame perfect dodges for a damageless minimum punch fight against DK I guess it’s possible, but either way, great video!

Gave it a quick look in TASing and no it's still not possible. If DK did a high clap then yeah it be possible but his attack is so low that even a duck doesn't cut it

You know, given that two of the minimum punch strats relies on contender mode's instant knock out, I'm pretty sure a full game run will actually require more punches than the tally at the end does (not counting DK multiplayer & Doc, of course) Of course, at this point doing an entire video on just those two fights doesn't really make any sense unless there was enough improvements to the overall route to prompt an update video.

So the DK fight definitely had a level of rng manipulation there. Since DK has randomness once they reach the back of the ring and what was done always get the jump attack I think DK’s back ring rng is affected by what they player’s done

You can actually instakill Von Kaiser while he's dizzy, if you wait a bit, 3 star punch him when he says: "Mommy?" (Contender mode only. Other than that, I guess it's a nice tip for who's wanting to traum- beat him down.)

Doesn't landing a 3-star punch in Head-to-Head mode against a little opponent get you an instant KO? If so, it only takes 7 punches to end that fight.

I don't think so no, assuming little mac's health is 99.5 in that mode, a 3 star punch may not be able to cut it

And by the time you get to the Giga Mac phase you've probably already used 5+ punches anyway so it wouldn't't matter. That was a good question though, and you even had me 2nd guessing myself haha

I ruled it out in my last video but forgot to mention it here. Yeah I know every opponent (Minus TD Hippo) can be beaten in just 1 punch but decided to go with the TKO/KO route to make it interesting.
