Let me clarify some things here real quick There is a 20% commission on every transaction of skins that cant go lower than 10 It means its not possible to sell a skin for less than 11(1 credit minimum prize 10 credit minimum commission value) What ur seeing here is a 'buy request' suggested by the green icon on top of it meaning that people actually WANT those skin from u and they have set the price they will pay u for it to 1 credit...

And since u dont have that skin it takes you to the casses(crates) since its the only way to get that skin other than buying it from the marketplace

The value for a skin is based on supply and demand,if a skin has lowsupply and high demand it would be a high value skin and vice versa for low value skins And if u want to calculate how many credits the 20% commission takes away u can easily do that on ur phone's calculator (Enter the value u wanna sell the skin for,press % button and then type 20 and then minus the value u got from the price u wanna sell

Also high value skins tend to be typically for guns alot of people use so a gsr skin wont be as valuable as a deag

And for IOS there are only 10,000 members that can join the beta program(limitation by apple themselves)
