Nicely done by TPONTP, he remained calm and polite, challenged the 3 PCs on his lawful civil right to film in public, was assertive, didn't answer any personal questions, was as close to a perfect audit as you could get. I do honestly think however if TPONTP refused to not answer any of the constables questions, that one of these PCs would of probably abused Section 43, it was brought up right at the beginning of the video and if you hear this act being raised, then mentally prepare yourself quickly and verbally counter act their belief and/or allegation with solid facts. Under Section 43 a police constable may stop and search a person whom he reasonably suspects to be a terrorist, if you say: "Do you suspect me of being a terrorist?" and they say no or don't say anything at all, even after repeating this line several times, but then go ahead and search you under that act regardless, the search and the detainment of your person then become unlawful. This will be used in your defence and challenged by your solicitor or barrister against the CPS arguments, should in the unfortunate event you were arrested under Section 43 and the case went to court.

Cops should be obliged to intervene when they see that one of their gang members are trying to suggest that something illegal is going on when they actually know that there is not. Of course they don't want to, they'd prefer to act in darkness without accountability, but whenever evidence emerges that they didn't intervene then it should automatically lead to some sort of punishment like one month unpaid suspension, if repeated it should at some point lead to termination. We don't want armed bullies and tyrants representing the people.

I thought that interactions like this were a thing of the past. I thought that the police now know enough about auditors to leave you alone, or to have only the briefest of conversations with you. But no, these gang members are so used to acting like Nazi goons that they can't help themselves, even when they know they shouldn't. Possibly the most ridiculous thing they made up was at 10:00 when the Det Sgt when down the route of trying to say you were acting illegally when you stood closer to them when they were having a conversation on the pavement (probably about you). Which you quite rightly shut down with the no expectation of privacy in public retort. There's a number of things that they said that were sooo predictable: "In the current climate" "What's with the animosity?" (bloody check. Yes, agreed. Also, the police are bound to a hierarchy. Therefore, when accosted by two or more, after identification you should establish which is the most senior and then address yourself ONLY to that one (if they are of equal rank, the most senior is the one you have been employing the longest). Viz. "Since you are the most senior, you are responsible for whatever happens here. I shall respond only to you. Your colleague(s) is/are now my witness(es) to your behaviour". Maintain tight control by not allowing them to bounce you around one to another. Don't allow it and don't do it.

Meanwhile, no cop ever just wants to "have a chat with you" or is "genuinely interested". They are far too busy dodging work to be your best friend who has stopped to have a casual chat with you. They are ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS looking for initial evidence of an offence or for something that they can justify as initial evidence of an offence that will jam you up, allow them to detain or arrest you and then they can take their time weeding out as many offences as they can find. Besides, this cop at 5:31 is just Thin Blue Liar trash who uses the guise of 'The Casual Conversation' to always be escalating. I love the way they want a "Conversation" after their attempts at bulling the public into obedience falls flat on it`s arse. perfect way to deal with them.

Its always, always, about gaining dominance. You did a fine job of not allowing that to happen.

They couldn't understand, they didn't want to understand, tall constable was so sad that he couldn't bully you . Not ready to be educated, showed contempt for his higher authority by not even looking at the document. Walk of shame full on. Well done😎

No such thing as a conversation with the police, all they want is intelligence gathering andyou to incriminate yourself

Well done, that lanky woodentop was raging. all of them tried passive agressive bullying to escalate and incriminate it was a pathetic attempt.

You can call me sir ! I'm still chuckling. The worst/best thing about these coppers is they're very open to show their ignorance. It seems the police force appeals to a certain type of individual.

Another good audit produced with your trademark politeness. I love how the little man in the street is learning what he can do and even more not say anything he doesn't need to to the police. And its great how they get so frustrated. 🙂

I think that from now on, when they ask "what are you hoping to achieve?" The answer should always be "whether you are about to infringe on my rights". That way they know, if they then choose to infringe on those rights, it makes litigation a lot easier.
