Personally, I would have made the rules for this count glider ramp skips like in sunshine airport, since even if it normally would automatically give a glider at slower speed, it is still possible to skip it. I don't personally consider "driving over" a glider ramp the same as using a glider.

Getting hit while in a glider is almost always better than being hit on the ground since while on the ground most items make you come to almost a complete stop and in the case of a blue shell a full stop but if you're in a glider you get launched forward keeping a large chunk of your speed and plus if you're shocked glider is just faster than being on the ground

The exception is when you get hit and fall into an out of bounds region and get Lakitu’d, especially if he takes you back to the start of the glider. But if you fall onto an inbounds region, it is in fact better than being hit on the ground

I've written down all the courses you deemed possible and there's some inconsistencies with the list of 35 impossible courses you showed at the end. They are as follows: - Sky Garden was said to be possible in the video but then is in the impossible list at the end. - Cheese Land was said to be impossible but is not in the list at the end. If both are possible, then the amount of possible courses is now 62. If both are impossible then the amount of possible courses is now 60. If they just got swapped somehow then the amount of possible courses stays the same and I am just confused. Could you help me understand what is going on here?
