I had a $100 consultation with your office and one of your ladies was very rude and chewed my ass out for problems I’ve had with taxes, saying how I won’t be able to get a green card... well jokes on you, I easily took care of those “big issues” with the IRS literally in one day, and an officer didn’t even look at my taxes! Took my money to a different lawyer in STL and got the green card no problem. Stop scaremongering your clients!

I have been trying to get back to US since 2016 and each time they rejected my F1 visa under section 214b for many times. However, in the first apply they told me to do the drug test which was negative and they been holding my passport for 7 months without telling me nothing till I came over to the embassy and they said sorry we don’t send ya an email to you for pick up ur passport. My question is every time I lose money for that I spent around $4000 till last year I applied. Both my cases were been solved DUI dwi. I really want to get back and finish my degree in one year mix and forget this nightmare away for good

Hello , I am a permanent resident of the United States of America, since January 8, 2020 and I have been outside the United States of America (one year and three months), I could not return because of the coronavirus and after that I got sick and I was trying to return and I bought more than 6 return tickets that I canceled due to my illness and my inability.I left my car there, and I still pay the car insurance premiums monthly,Can I go back and enter the United States of America?Please want Answer me Best regards

You probably will need to apply for SB-1 visa for returning LPR. given the circumstances, I think you will have a strong case. travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/immigrate/returning-resident.html

@@opa-age you lose your green card if you stay outside the US for more than 6 months. This is listed as either “tax evasion” or “ immoral character”
