Tsar Nicholas II I was hoping to learn more about their plans, protocols, and execution of said plans and learn HOW they react to natural disasters, not simply THAT they react. Also long may you reign, mighty Tsar.

You have no idea how crazy it got during when the hurricane hit, we (Jacksonville)were isolated..days without power in the hot summer weather, days when we wouldn’t see sun, camp legeune is 15 mins from home & they marines were out helping everyone they could.

How come they don't put the powerlines in the ground? I live in Denmark, and ALL powerlines are dug into the ground, expect the high voltage ones. but our 230v ones are. Which means, we have power even in storms. Only trains are affected, if a tree falls on the lines, but usually they cut the trees away, so they can't fall on the powerlines of the trains. brring brring.. Yes hello? Oh, America, it's for you. 1980 is calling.

Because if the wires fail that means you have to dig down to the wires to fix it. And really wires underground would take A LONG TIME there ate so many wire lines in Southeast US, actually there 20 wire line poles on my street. It would take forever. Also if there were to be a flood and the wires are underground i think water can submerge the wires in water since there will be lots of pressure of water

When you are hurt and confused and can't fend for yourself there is always someone who can show up with skill to pick you up and defend you and save you and a doctor who can heal your wounds. People take for granted sometimes that soldiers, firemen, emt and doctors will risk their lives and spend hours and hours of work and use years of training and experience to save one person.
