He is also a personal trainer focusing on strength training and muscle hypertrophy, applying Biomechanics to effective and efficient exercises. He has trained in several martial art disciplines including: • Muay Thai • Kickboxing • Western Boxing • Filipino Escrima / Arnis / Kali - Stick, Knife and Empty Hands • Muay Thai Chaiya • Thai Yuth • CQC - Close Quarter Combat Tactics • Bagua Zhang • Tai Ji Quan • Baji Quan • Tong Bei Quan • Aikido • Other Chinese, Japanese, Southeast-Asian styles. He has over 30 years of teaching experience which include: • Developing personalized training programs tailored to the individual • Coaching Mixed Martial Arts fighters in Boxing and Muay Thai • Teaching Close Quarter Tactics to Police Officers and other members of law enforcement • Self-Defense training for the general public
