A lot of this is not true, if someone has a secure attachment style they can be patient and trusting. For example I don’t have a crazy obsessive personality, even if I’m crazy about you on the inside I can still hold it back because I want to be respectful of you and your boundaries. I also don’t really get jealous. A little bit of jealousy is natural and okay I also understand that people do not belong to me, they are not possessions that I feel afraid of losing. Someone who is meant for me and truly likes me, can not be lost or taken away by someone else. And if they are, then we were never right for each other to begin with.

Exactly! This is why I don‘t take advice from random strangers on the internet because we‘re all different and have different attachment styles one thing doesn‘t go for all. Even the whole “communication has to be consistent“ while yes the person should typically show interest some people struggle with anxiety or even time management and aren‘t good with phones etc. there are many reasons as to why a person might not text you 24/7 (it‘s even healthier considering that back in the old days people didn‘t have phones and were forced to meet up in person to speak and weren‘t available 24/7 either) so these expectations of having to text all the time are just unhealthy and unrealistic and put unnecessary expectations and stress onto us instead of focusing on our own happiness and seeing our partner as a bonus.

Alex, I don’t think this is always the case. That describes someone with an anxious attachment style or experiencing limerance. Secure or avoidant attachment styles don’t always experience that type of intensity. I’m in a relationship with a guy who isn’t jealous and can be patient seeing me, but he committed to a relationship with me because he said he was afraid of losing me.

I was gonna say this. My partner is avoidant and even though by the third date he couldn’t keep his hands or lips off of me, he was patient for sex even though he could have gone and gotten it elsewhere. He’s a successful strong person and he is able to delay rewards for the right time.

@AD-hh6dd I agree with you and this contradicts some of his past videos or it makes it seems like if your a woman doing this behavior means you’re needy and you shouldn’t act like a “crack head” but if a man doesn’t act this way..he isn’t attracted to you? Tbh I wouldn’t want a thirsty needy man just like a man wouldn’t want the same. I don’t think it means that because some ppl can actually be busy…it depends on the context of the texts or conversation because you can tell when someone doesn’t like you

1) just because a guy is with you does not mean he is in love with you. 2) he didn’t say “if a guy doesn’t act like a crack head he’s not attracted to you”. This is not about attraction. Personally I agree with Alex. If a guy doesn’t get jealous of other men around you, then I’m sorry. He ain’t in love. If he doesn’t need to see you and talk to you , he ain’t in love. Or he’s playing games. Either way.

My recent ex wanted space and wasn't sure about me and around six months into it, he tells me the big "we need to talk" conversation after a misunderstanding with his dad! It was so sad. I felt like I was on probation at a job. Like it was a TEST to see if we could last as a couple. In the end, I felt like I was walking on eggshells and didn't even know it!

let it simmer there’s no rush. if anyone makes a first move it needs to be him. if u wanna fck with him, tell him you think he’s such a good friend. tbh giving mixed signals is what creates the crackhead behavior (from my experience). your words need to not align with your actions. with your words you say he’s a good friend, say things that disqualify him, etc.. but actions can be flirty. lol kinda toxic but it works
