Great podcast David, you should bring on an expert in transportation and infrastructure. It seems like with all this building going on, they should be planning a Metro rail extension into Miami Beach with stops at bay front, cruise terminals, Mt Sinai, convention center and the airport. Theres also the fehmarn belt tunnel project in Germany, that type of project would be great for south Florida. It would be great if you could get experts on your podcast to discuss other things going on in the south Florida region. I know the city of miami was trying to extend metro mover into Miami Beach via elevated track, it seems like someone needs to open the dialogue and get people talking so better decisions are made.

David, I have followed you for several years now and enjoy the Podcast series and have to say that Patrick was the best so far and would love to see you chat with him again on a 4 month to 6 month basis. He is very diplomatic as well as charismatic but why has it taken you 20 or so days to publish it considering when you recorded it? Apart from my criticism please keep up the good work.

I would imagine having something like Tokyo’s underground flood reservoir would be massively beneficial… heard Elon was planning on building a tunnel hopefully he recognizes the need we have as I’d rather have more sky rails than underground tubes.

41 minutes on and i'm still waiting for them to talk about HOA and economy growth favorable to sell those dream future buildings, here in europe that high rise buildings model doesn't revenge, i see the Dubai real estate sharks desperate to find qualified buyers so this development in Miami scenario looks bad, probably the marble in this apartments is fake chinese. Totally ruining Miami operation.

@jameswalker366 i think building 100 floors buildings is bad for the city urbanism, they admited that road traffic infastructure is alteady under dimensioned, it will be worst. They don't explain where will they find dumb clients to buy all those 20million dollars apartments. I suspect there was corruption in the project approvals.. maybe they have a cristal ball to guess there will be clients, the Dubai promoters are already in panic mode to sell theirs. I did explained my opinion, yoj must be some kind of retarded.
