Dandelion Root Extract on amazon: amzn.to/2zYS1Nh
Warning - This method of losing weight is not a sustainable approach and will not provide long term results. The method I’m about to share with you is dangerous and should not be attempted without supervision.
MMA Fighters will do pretty much anything to gain a competitive advantage and they put their bodies through some brutal methods to do so. They manipulate their bodies days before the fight in order to weigh in at a much lower weight than they normally walk around at, to gain most of it back before entering the ring to try and slap the heads of each other. This is the fight before the fight and can break any fighter both mentally and physically while potentially mess up inner organs and cause serious damage if taken too far.
So the average adult body actually consists of about 60 % water which is something the fighters use to their advantage when cutting weight. It’s that fluid they want to squeeze out and they dehydrate themselves to lose most of the weight. They are usually already in great shape and have low body fat percentages so they won’t really burn much fat of in the weight cutting process. It’s not calories in calories out here but more about manipulating your water and sodium levels and put your body in overdrive to flush that weight off.
So to start of the weight cut on day 5, they will drink a shitload of water, and a shitload equals at least 2 gallons or 8 liters of water. Drinking a lot more water than usual will not necessarily make you gain weight but will put your body into overdrive and trigger it to excrete and flush out more water than you take in and you might actually burn some extra calories from bouncing to the bathroom about 20 times a day.
They also cut their carbs out completely which means they only eat foods with proteins and fats along with their water. A popular diet is the ketogenic diet which also manipulates your body similarly to the water loading. So they hold carbs extremely low or skip it completely, eat about 70 % of their caloric intake in fat and the rest in protein and this diet is pretty easy to adhere to and is something they follow even when they don’t need to cut. When there is no carbs in the body, there is no glycogen or blood sugar to get energy from and the body instead turns to fat for energy which is super effective if you want to get ripped. Another huge benefit with this kind of diet is that 1 gram of carb pulls 2.7 grams of water, and getting rid of carbs will essentially flush even more water out.
So they start of by drinking ridiculous amounts of water to trigger that overdrive and flush water out. Then they tighten that funnel of water supply as they get closer to weighing in for the fight and eventually stops it completely. They keep track of both macro and micronutrients to manipulate and throw the body off to their advantage with carb and sodium cutting. Hot baths, sauna and towel bathing are then used to extract more fluid and they can even throw in some exercises in the mix just to make it a little extra. Finish it of by forcing down some dandelion root extract and they are on their way to make weight and finally be able slap the heads of each other.
But guys again this is not a method for long term weight loss results and if you’re looking to shed fat you should look elsewhere. The best diet to follow is the one you can adhere to and I like the simplicity of intermittent fasting where you basically refrain from eating certain hours throughout the day. Ketogenic diet or flexible dieting are popular methods to stay lean for a longer period of time so definitely look into that.

as a fighter, the most I've ever had to cut is 15 pounds. about a month before the fight, I start paying attention to what and how much I eat so that I don't have to go crazy on cutting water weight. by about a week out, I'm 5-10 pounds from 135 depending if I'm 10 or 15 pounds over. I can cut 5 pounds of water weight in 2 hours. when I step on the scale, i don't feel like complete shit or dizzy or weak.

No no it will if you do it right and want to torture yourself. Its not like you do this then your weight balloons back up. You will obviously gain some of it back (maybe around half, which is still a loss of around 15 pounds in a few days) but the fighters go back to their normal weight because they aren't trying to stay anorexic. They are already fit and in shape, and they would be too weak to fight at their best if they stayed that small. They purposefully eat whatever the hell they want after cutting weight in order to gain all the size and energy back. If you eat normally after doing the weight cut, you'll probably be hungry for a few days but you won't gain back the weight (unless you massively pig out every day)

I used to wrestle and cutting weight was one of the biggest reasons I was burnt out from the sport. Every week we had competitions, so food options were limited. Strength training, conditioning, wrestling in sweats inside that heated room… all on an empty stomach and low energy. That’s why wrestlers and other martial artists are so tough. Boxing, Jiu-Jitsu, Wrestling, MMA… it isn’t for the weak.

Interesting, if what he says actually works....then I guess it wouldn't hurt trying this for five days, wish me luck! Edit: Didn't remember making this comment, anywho, I tried this for 5 days and lost nearly 30 pounds. I then tried the keto diet after that. It was good until 2 months later I gained all the weight back. 💀

This worked for me. A normal skinny dude that got skinny fat(think Dale Gribble, a skinny dude with a bloated belly). I didn’t really diet I just watched some of the things I was eating but still eat pizza and chips and stuff. I just drank water like crazy and detoxed my body’s water by submerging myself in hot water for about 15min. Lost about 15pounds in like 15days or so. After I lost those 15pounds by doing this method it no longer worked.

I started doing this when I was in junior high but then I noticed it was working so I took it a step further and stopped eating all together except for a vegetable or fruit of my choosing for the week... drank nothing but water and only water.worked out everyday for as long as I could. Im good now but that was a rough 5 years. I'm shocked I'm alive. I'm 5ft1in and 125 pounds now which is a healthier weight. I was almost skin and bones before. I felt terrible and I looked terrible. I just didn't see it at the time

For anyone looking for a new at to rapidly lose weight, no bullshit, I got you. 1. Weigh yourself, in pounds. 2. Whatever you weigh, multiply that by 10. E.g. I weight 180 lbs, so, 1,800. 3. Eat only that amount of calories a day. Wait… you want more than just diet? I’m, fuck it, sure why not. 4. Number of reps for a start off isn’t important, you don’t want to over stress yourself, but HIIT workouts are good. HIIT = high intensity interval training. Do something that requires you to go all out ( high intensity intervals ) and in between the high intensity intervals you do something that requires less energy, but still requires energy to perform. Wait… you want an example of such a thing… fucking, fiiiiiiine… 5. Example HIIT workout. A. Warm up: go jog somewhere until you start to sweat a bit. That means you’re warmed up. B. Stretching. This is important since your going to be pushing yourself and you don’t wanna get hurt. I assume you’ve probably been to gym class or something and know basics. Don’t over exert yourself, just do the basic stretches while you’re warmed up to get loose. C. Okay, you’re ready for the burn (the calorie burn that is…) set whatever arbitrary length of distance fits you (personally I use street lamps) go for a walk. When you see a street lamp sprint as fast as you can to the next street lamp (don’t stop giving your all until you e passed it). Once you’ve passed a lamp start walking (or jogging if you like) u til you get to the next street lamp. Which is when you sprint. Pro tip: while walking work on your breathing, also put your hand on top of your head to open up the lungs. 6. Wait… you want even more?? Fine, you don’t need this, but if you’re really trying to go ham, fuck it. When you feel like you can’t do anymore and you’re about to pass out and be out of energy, just go harder wnd push through. If you push hard enough through you’ll reach what many call a “second wind” and it feels like your stamina has reset and you can now relate to things like DBZ and a lot of anime more than before if you’ve never felt this before. Anyway stretch after and you’re good.
