To continue kens lesson for those unaware. Opportunity cost is measured as what is forgone as a result of a decision. To use an example, let’s say we have the mutually exclusive choice of eating 2 apples or 2 oranges. If we choose to apples then we have lost the opportunity to eat 2 oranges which is our opportunity cost. Self explanatory stuff but it is a very important concept in economics specifically regarding constraints.
