no, its trash. it will only come once, the opponent will either make a push in the back, or completely ignore it, so the tesla wont pop up more than 2 times. The only time it will, is if you play Xbow, so the opponent have to react quick, and place random troops, popping tesla ability. THIS IS THE LAST achetype Clash Royale should promote, the most annoying, skilless, and boring style of playing the game
