For me and to me, Jose is the best club manager at all times. I only feel sad because his type of players who play with passion and commitment are gradually fading out due to the modern trend and dynamics of global football. Thus, players are becoming so powerful to the extent that they decide which coach and players a Team must sign. If Eto'o a great striker will accept a tactical decision to play as a supporting defensive wing back to eliminate Barca, then you can imagine. Terry, Zanetti, Lucio, and Samuel among others, were never afraid to use their face to block and prevent a ball from entering the net. He didn't prove himself at Benfica, no time. I was so angry at my club for letting him go at the time . His work in a couple of weeks was undenieable, he had some horrible players in that squad aswell, but with him it was a night to day diference. Him leaving to the rivals was a major set back to Benfica. We could had gotten back on the league title a few years earlier. He did however prove himself at União Leiria prior to his Benfica move.

I have wanted Mourinho in Roma for a long time. i love my club but one of our main issues is that the pressure we put on managers to win can be overwhelming. Mourinho has thrived under such pressure more than he hasn't. His record and status humbled us since his signing. Can they win the scudetto this season? I don't think so. I expect us to score many goals but the backline has too many question marks. Our defenders would have to have the season of their lives. However, if one man can do it... it's Mourinho.

I've seen the comments and it seems most are still missing the point of this video. I see alot of folks who doesn't give roma a chance with reasons like the squad is immature and their opponents too strong. Yet that's what the video addresses. Mourinho brings with him grit to a club. Grit that often always beats talent. When you've got a point to prove.. few things can stop you. One sweet example was that of Eto.
