For auto detailing this has to be the lowest upfront start up cost. No pressure washer. No trailer. No generator. No water tank. No filtration system. Pump sprayers, concentrate, micro fiber towels and elbow grease. She’ll end up selling this business model as a franchise possibly. It’s definitely not 100% safe. That’s a bold statement. If a car is hammered dirty it’s not a candidate for waterless/rinseless. A more accurate term is hose-less.

I used to detail out of my Honda Civic. I started out doing just a basic wash and hand wax and would use a Bissell carpet cleaner on the interior. A few years later, I was hauling around a 2 gallon carpet extractor, buffets, about 10 gallons worth of chemicals, and a bunch of other stuff. giggityeffyou depends on how much you can book. Being mobile you don’t have many expenses. But I’ve been in business for a few years. My area doesn’t have many restrictions and it’s not very populated so it’s hard to get a surplus of basic washes in a day. I do more complete detailing.

Everything scratches I sell the customer like this. If you can avoid scratches while driving on the highways and roads my next carwash is free. It's a smart selling remark. We are not here to scratch anything. The waterless concept works. I have 20 customers at set prices. I'm retired but I'm the best. Lol. I also buffer and wax with polisher machines that's another bonus. I tell my customers if you have heavy dirt please go to a carwash And I buffer and correct paint if needed. Communication is key to keeping your customers. Seriously. They always have their cars clean because they follow my concepts it's that easy. Keep doing you. I've gotten

@bigboy azh washed my caked up car that was detailed and didn’t get no scratches. It’s a good maintenance wash in terms of that you don’t have to bring out all of your equipment all the time. I’ll bring out the pressure washer here and there but I still get better result than using a foam cannon

When doing Waterless you have to be very highly skilled and the towels are very expensive. She does need a pressure washer or a one of those electric guns especially for the muddy cars to avoid scratches and swirls which that’s what newbie’s do.
