Buy a big trailer! At least 18 foot. We use our trailer all the time to haul our tractor. Every man needs a trailer. Not only will you be able to pick up new vehicles by yourself but everyone knows when you buy a trailer you get more "friends" LOL

I love these trucks. I tow 1800ish car haulers + 4k plus lb fullsizers with my white diamond pearl 03' Escalade EXT every now and then and she does it without no worries all day long. 247k, smiles and asks for more. They all (Yukon Denali's, and some Chevys too) have the auto leveling assist spring/air ride as well. I love GM's version as opposed to Ford's which is straight up airbags (hence why they drop to the ground at failure.) I now need a new compressor as mine finally quit yet the truck is still level enough to still drive comfortably. My next one will be a 16-19' Platinum just like your's (except Blk/Blk). The Kona leather is nice too.

The escalade is made to tow.. as somebody thats owned diesel trucks, gas trucks and a couple modern SUV's that are designed to tow heavy, I choose the properly equipped SUV all day long. More comfortable, better mileage, handles better, brakes better, less fatigue over long distances etc

Get a goose neck, but make sure you have all your papers in order. Dont do like Durtymax Jack and get a fine because you dont have your CDL and no NOT FOR HIRE signs on your trailer.

Actually, your model Escalade is Rated at 7,800lbs (4x4, 7,900 for 2x4) towing capacity. Safe to say that you were well over rated capacity. Also, tongue was way to high due to air bag system. Drop hitch needed and adjusted for level trailer ride. By riding the front trailer axel high, to much stress is put on rear axel. This will make rear tires heat up and can cause blow outs. Blow outs at higher speeds can cause loss of $100k Escalade and 1st Gen. Good luck!

If it fits it ships! Kind of turning off my view of the channel when you talk about how much you paid for the Escalade and how you don’t know the options and capabilities of the Escalade. Towing tip for you: back the truck on and you won’t have issues. The incline probably actually helped you. No rental company I know rents you the receiver. If your going to be towing with your $100k dollar Escalade you should spring for a Gen-Y receivers - just saying!
