My best guess for Anderson S.C. is two to three inches of snow with ice coated on top maybe a tenth of an inch

Would you mind giving a hypothesis on the likelihood of ice on tree branches that could already be weak as a result of the aftermath of Helene creating lots of roadway obstructions when/if they fall into streets?

In ny upstate the side roads dont get plowed or sanded until we hit 3 or 4 inches ...just reduce speed by half and practice how it feels to drive in an empty lot
