Poland is fun because usually, people invade in historical order in WW2 maps, so you have to make sure that you have enough industry to keep up your war effort while also making sure your army doesn't drop down in strength too much. Usually, I want at least two factories, if I only start with one, I'll buy one on Krakow and then just stay on defense. If you do succeed in your defense, you usually can push back and you can reap lots of rewards.

probably not, for two reasons: 1. MITHC maps are very inconsistent online, so it's hard to find an official map to make it. 2. because it's a total axis victory map, finding all the flags for it is impossible, especially if there are bypasses involved.

for most maps I use Tannu Tuva, although for my WW2 map I used a color picker color, it's kind of a nougat color, see if you can find it
