Top melee in Legacy is currently 131 (Margo) - medivia.online/highscores/legacy/knights/melee Calculator says: 590 days, 3 hours, 43 minutes, 50 seconds to get from melee 10 -> 131. To reach this would take 14163 hours of training. Number of days, assuming 8h/ day: 1770 days. Total energy cost based on 30c/ kWh and 300W Computer would be: € 1,274 Dummy Cost: € 619 Anti-logoff labor cost: € 6,639 Total: € 8,532 Comparing with the Training Station method: € 2080 for 4721 usages and would take 1180 days.

What is this "Anti-logoff labor" ?

@@magistralis hey mate, this is optional, but in my case i count this. For every 8 hours, i counted 15 minutes anti-logoff time. This time is basically that 30 secs - 1 minute you spend every 30 minutes to eat a food, move the character, etc. Assuming you could be doing something productive like spending time with family or doing some freelance work, i counted that as 15 eur/hour. Hopefully it helps. Its completely optional though, some might say: "I wouldn't do anything productive with that time anyway".

No! However i wanted to take into account something that ppl rarely does, cause its not only spending 200€ in dummies and electricity bills, but almost avoiding anti-logoff for 200+ days to get skill 110, which is a pain in the arse!

Best stuff is labor cost :) Hell im training for free without dummy everytime my pc is on anyway and im doing stuff on it. So no extra costs for having medivia client up. Just 10seconds every 30mins to click into the client and out. But i love the way you calculated it. Makes it feel like training stations are cheap. PS: feels like worth to buy a cheap char with azure access just to pk in there xD

It does, doesn't it? If i was starting over i would definitely think about investing in the stations (unless u are a mage)!! If you are doing it, pls dont do it on Legacy 😂😂😂

Not on Highrate worlds. on low rate id say yes even as a mage/druid. the benefits are just too op on low rate. Maybe not on old worlds but 100% on new ones. I wouldnt call 720mc a 43€ cheap for a month of training and what benefits comes out of this higher skill. (the temporary buff isnt usefull at all) For me on high rate how much skill do i gain at 130 distance with 43€ investment? To be worth it must be like 10-15+ and i doubt it even gives me 2 or 3 xD@@MediviaChief

Not really, unless is the ones that costs 50 goblets that u can get for free doing Aphotis, i think is best to invest in ROP and mana fluids and make runes, cause at least u can resell the runes or use them with the 50k mana u have spent. But this ofc is for old servers, if u are in a new server and want to get ahead or boost ur character fast, then ok!

One thing about power consumption, 300W is power consumption under load. Medivia is an extremely undemanding 2D game and GPU is basically idling, CPU too, so you should basically count idle power not load power, like 80W tops.

Well said my friend, in my experience my 5700XT with Medivia + Internet Browser at 165 fps 1440p dual monitor stays around 60% GPU capacity and CPU @ 35%, so I think I'm not too far off from the 300W based on my setup, but I can't agree more that it can vary a lot! Some play on a low-end laptop without dedicated GPU and no extra monitors so those probably consume around 50W or so! So might even play Medivia on a 4090 😂

aliás, como é a sua experiência com knight? o pessoal fala que a classe é meio abandonada e etc. Qual os prós de criar um knight atualmente (sem gastar 3 salários mínimos pra começar a jogar)

Gosto muito, mas comecando hoje seria uma das ultimas que escolheria mais pq no late game vira soh um tanque de carne que bloqueia, o dano eh inexistente! Gosto mais de dar dano que de tankar, druid seria minha escolha!

Uma ideia de conteúdo: Guia de progressão nas factions: Mostra localização, lvl que começa tal parte da faction com tal classe. O objetivo do guia é vc não precisar matar bixo fraco no lvl 200, deixando a progressão mais fluida.
