Being from the U.S., I really don't think it was that bad. Sure you could do less shopping, less massages, etc. but in comparison, it would be at least $10k in the U.S. I certainly can't afford to eat that well, go shopping like that, massages, etc in the states, but in Bangkok, yes, from a U.S/Canadian perspective, I could afford living like that! The ABNB alone would have been outrageous! Great video!

Thank you so much nikkinfl for your thoughtful comment. I was seriously considering not posting this video because of the numbers but now I'm feeling a lot better about it. It is so much more affordable than back home. I'm so glad you liked it!😄

Over $4,000 usd is high but you only live once and especially it is much safer there than if you travel to NYC or San Francisco or LA, to be honest.

Hehe, yes yolo! Thank you so much for saying that I feel so much safer in Bangkok than I do at home. 😄👍

The total cost is not bad for a medium lucrative living with good premium food and accommodations. In USA or Europe of the same level is far more expensive. Good vlog! Bravo!

How's the air quality compared to Canada?
@linda_and_tony3 ай бұрын
Hi Louis! 😄For Bangkok the air quality is a bit on the muggy side because of the climate compared to Canada.
