I have played with a guy who uses a china, but no splashes. And off course there is always the guy that manages to wrap a whole drum store around his throne.

Technically, that's D double flat major, and it sounds exactly like C major. They are like twins, they look the same (or in this case they sound the same), but they are not the same.
