"I learned the first 5 notes on the E string!" The following Saturday, he went for a second lesson, and when his dad picked him up, he asked, "What did you learn today?" "I learned the first 5 notes on the A string!" The following Saturday, dad dropped him off for his lesson, but when he went to pick him up, he wasn't there. He waited 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 hours...when the kid finally came out of the shop, dad asked, "Wow that was a really long lesson! What did you learn today?" "Oh, I didn't have a lesson, I had a gig!"
