I haven't seen anyone mention this yet, but the Bat-copter, Bat-skiboat, and Bat-blimp all actually exist. The blimp is in Zero Year during the Blackout, while a few versions of the others are seen in various other media

It's not that Crazy Quilt sees things as if they're bright disorienting colours - he can literally only see things that are brightly coloured. In some comics, his gang goes ahead of him and paints the target buildings in bright colours so he can see them, which makes it pretty easy for Batman to figure out what he's planning to do.

Jason was in Mortal Kombat, not Injustice. The universes are linked through the multiverse (hence why MK characters can cross to Injustice games and vice versa) but since Batman is not a playable MK character he has not met Jason, only MK characters who have fought him.
