Tapai EB3 visa ma USA jane ho bhane chai u need to do the endorsement from Nepal but if tapai arkai visa ma janu bhaeko ho bhane USA gaera garnu bhae pani huncha but my suggestion is Nepal ma padhnu bhaeko bhae nepal bata nai garnu bhae sajilo huncha . NYC ko 2F 3F wala process huncha which is different from CGFNS and i did my processing from CGFNS so tesko barema malai idea bhaena U can find more information in the website of NEWYORK BOARD OF NURSING

If you are already a USRN i would suggest u come to USA with EB3 visa then you can study while you work Starting pay in hospital depends on your years of experience usually starting abt 30$ per hour

Depends on state and its tax policy, its about 10-15% of your every paycheck income If ur gross income is 1200 per paycheck your net income will be around 960-970 dollars

If u come through agency they usually give you starting salary of 30$ per hour in texas 960-970 is only after tax additional health insurance is deductible from that and it depends on whichever insurance plan you choose from your employer
