This video was made before the massive tax increase passed by the Jefferson county school board - highest increase in louisville history . Louisville gas and electric passed a 12 percent increase in electric. Rates and a 8 percent increase in gas rates plus in the last 10 years the average water bill has doubled . I didn't touch crime etc but that is another issue
