Hey Brother listen Phuket can be as expensive as any city in the world no question at all if you want to come here and act like a fool and spend money like a 2 cent millionaire..... This place can drain your bank account in a day! Look I'm not going to the crazy Beach clubs where it's 300 Baht for a bottle of beer.... I'm not spending 1,000 Baht just to have a couch to sit on close to the beach I'm not going to the crazy dance clubs and doing bottle service.... I'm not going and spending 800 baht on a pizza and a glass of wine... I'm not living in a 2000 US dollar a month condo....... If you were doing all of the above and more yes puket is crazy expensive!!! But any city in the world if you're trying to live like an absolute Instagram baller is going to be crazy expensive! I'm going to tell you this much a lot of the guys that are posting about how expensive it is are trying to make people believe that they're something that they're not! I'm going to repeat that a lot of the guys on social media that are talking about how expensive it is are they actually showing you how expensive it is or are they just bragging about it? Very stressful, responsible and demanding job. To put it bluntly, I was prostituting my body and mind just for a good income. No more, now just chilling out and letting my body recover and enjoying the simple things in life. They can keep their money for a job that just slowly kills one's body and no time to enjoy life.

The nice part of Shanghai other than the great people are the very early morning empty streets. We would meet every Tuesday and Thursday and would cycle hard around Century Park. Once 6:00 A.M. hit we all were able to head back home and had our workout over before the traffic and the heat!

Great informative vid Mark, thanks…. I think most of us can insert our own budget say 1500, 2k, 3k, etc and then get a good idea in our heads on what that would look like…. Ie, I can’t live without a pool, gym, whatever…. Adjust your rent to 500, etc…. I want to pretend to be a baller, increase entertainment to “x”, etc…. I think too many folks ask the wrong question… It shouldn’t be “can I live in such & such for 1k a month? It should be “what are my life style options living there for “x$” a month?”.,… Good job

Hey Ed you're 100% right and I know lots of guys that can't live without a gym but to be honest with you I haven't been to a gym in my life... That's actually not true I have used some of the free outdoor exercise equipment that they have in China as well as here in Thailand but that was just for s**** and giggles.... A pool is very important to me as well however for this social media experiment I wasn't able to afford a pool on my budget... So I went to the beach a lot and I swam in the salt water it was fantastic my skin feels amazing... I will do a video about what it is honestly like living on a budget... I'll try to compare everything and give guys my honest thoughts and feelings about it..... Cheers mate 🍻

I don't really like talking about my personal Healthcare other than explaining to people that in the beginning I had most of my coverage directed towards accident insurance.... There's a very specific reason for this and it's that everybody has different health concerns different health insurance needs.... And I don't know crap about health insurance so I would be the last person that should be giving any type of advice.... Pretty much what I tell people is consult a professional because they know so much more than I do... I know that's a cop out but it's such an important thing and I don't want to give someone the wrong advice or recommend the wrong product to them.... Cheers mate 🍻

Hey Francis you can actually keep them right in your room pretty much every single place that you're going to rent here is going to have a little mini safe.... I'll be honest with you man I just put them in my drawer I don't worry about it nobody's going to break in and steal anything... I will see this much if you're planning on bringing a girl back to your room I would probably hide it unless they are friends of yours or someone that you have brought home specifically from a bar that you paid the bar to bring home..... I would not be bringing lady boys or Freelancers from the streets back to my room I've said this a thousand times in other videos rent a room for the night if you're going to go out for a night of debauchery.... Thailand is very safe so long as you don't do stupid things

It costs whatever you want. If you want to live cheaply, its easier here in Thailand. 1000$ will allow you to survive. If you want to thrive, it will cost more. I live in Bangkok and spend about the same as I did while living in the us and Europe. The difference is that I live a much more lavish lifestyle. So, all these videos of dudes eating only street food, doing only free activities, staying home, etc. I suppose one could live simply and cheaply most anywhere. When you are describing expenses as a toothbrush and toilet paper....wtf?

It's possible, your proof. But many come with false expectations and thereby fail. We should be clear thar it is extremely difficult for most, impossible for many. Hey Jughead here's the problem brother I totally completely disagree with you.... I do think it's an extremely realistic budget again like I said if I'm not telling people that they're going to spend money on toilet paper and toothpaste and toothbrushes and razors and shaving cream and shampoo and soap etc etc.... I'm not being honest I also think that a lot of guys like I say in all of my videos the guys who are struggling financially back in the West if they came here with the same amount of money that they're struggling on there they can live incredible lives...... No they're not going to be going to the crazy dance clubs like Ibiza and being swarmed with beautiful young Thai women every single night..... But again is that all people are coming here for? Because I can tell you this much man I had a fantastic time this month I really enjoyed it because I was out I was doing things I was going different places... Again the only downside that I can see is that my place did not have a swimming pool but all that did was force me to go to the beach and I had a fantastic time going to the beach... not only that my skin feels fantastic because I spent so much time in the salt water..... What a lot of people don't take into account mate is that these videos are for guys that want to come here and retire!!!!!!! Not guys coming to live like two week millionaires or anything like that on vacations and rushing back to work so that bacon pay for their debauchery!!!!!. These videos are for guys that are coming here that want to slow down and just relax and enjoy life.... And I'm going to tell you something if you're running around to the bars the disc goes the beach clubs and all of that stuff on the daily.......... You're not going to burnout!!!!!!!!! I'm also very adamant in all of the videos that on this budget you're not going to have a girlfriend...... But like I said if you didn't go on a three day vacation you could spend that money on........ A little something something you know what I mean?
