How Much Does it Cost to Open a Climbing Gym

Awesome chat guys! I think its the number one question asked by aspiring gym openers and I know its not a very easy question to answer. I feel you both brought great insight into this dilemma and have helped answer the question for myself. I have been teetering back and forth with the possibility of opening a climbing gym for a couple of years now. I did the initial demographics, drafted out the potential start up costs, visited a few buildings and even had a consultation with Chris (thanks again!). Now, after listening to you both, before this dream can even take a baby step into reality, having some significant cash to throw down on it is essential. So its put my mind at ease, at least for now, knowing that the savings need to continue before the dream can get started. Great stuff, looking forward to listening and learning more!
