Hey Climber Dad, very interesting info. For some reason I couldn't find your contact information on your channel. What is your email? Are you interested in a collab to talk about the business of climbing?

I would love to do that. theclimberdad@gmail.com

Regarding revenue, the gym i train at also gets a lot of revenue from the bar. Lot of people stay after their training to have a couple of drinks.

Thanks for the video! Man I want to open a gym so bad I can taste it....I’m a year or so away from the funding. Anyway, do you rent your facility? Also, how did you go about getting the info for client projection? Thanks again!!

We rent. I wish I owned but that normally comes with more problems. I worked with a climbing wall on the military post and was friends with the people that ran the climbing wall at the college.

@@climberdad Hi Climber Dad, can I ask what kind of problems you're referring to? I'm in Australia and things that come to mind for me are approvals etc with councils and permits to build/have a climbing facility within a structure..

Sure thing. The more problems I was reffering to is building maintainence, which honestly I ended up taking care of anyways. If I have the option to do it again and the ability to purchase/build a building I will.
